Stardust Truffles
Rich dark-chocolate truffles rolled in shimmering edible gold & silver stardust. The Achird star-creatures claim the glitter comes straight from their nebula… we just use food-grade Earth luster dust!
Yields ~20 truffles

Ingredients:
  • 200 g dark chocolate (70%), finely chopped
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 30 g unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Edible gold & silver glitter (food-grade)

Steps:
  1. Heat cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate, let sit 2 min.
  2. Stir smooth, mix in butter and vanilla.
  3. Chill 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  4. Roll into balls, then roll in cocoa, then in edible glitter.
  5. Store in fridge up to 1 week.
Cassiopeia Crystal Gummies

Crystal Gummies
Translucent chewy crystals in swirling aurora colours — violet, teal, and pink. They look like little glowing pieces of the Cassiopeia constellation that you can eat!
Yields ~40 crystals

Ingredients:
  • 150 ml fruit juice (grape/blueberry for purple; blue raspberry for teal; strawberry for pink)
  • 3 tbsp honey or glucose syrup
  • 2 tbsp powdered gelatin (or agar-agar)
  • 1–2 drops natural food colouring if needed
  • Pinch of citric acid (optional, for zing)

Steps:
  1. Bloom gelatin in 50 ml cold juice for 5 min.
  2. Warm remaining juice with honey (don't boil).
  3. Stir in bloomed gelatin until dissolved. Add colour.
  4. Pour into crystal/gem moulds. Refrigerate 2–3 hours.
  5. Pop out, dust with cornstarch. Keeps 2 weeks in fridge.
Achird Aurora Bark

Aurora Bark
Thin white & dark chocolate sheets swirled like the northern lights, topped with freeze-dried berries and edible star dust. Break into shards — pure cosmic candy!
One large sheet

Ingredients:
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 1–2 drops gel food colours (purple, teal, pink)
  • 30 g freeze-dried raspberries & blueberries
  • Edible silver glitter

Steps:
  1. Melt dark and white chocolates separately.
  2. Pour dark chocolate onto parchment-lined tray.
  3. Drizzle white chocolate, then drops of coloured chocolate.
  4. Swirl gently with a toothpick for aurora patterns.
  5. Sprinkle berries and glitter immediately.
  6. Set 30–60 min, then break into shards. Keeps 2 weeks.
