A 28-character structured identifier based on the Experience_Code methodology. MilkyCode links any person, document, story, legal imperative, or geopolitical event into a unified, traceable record across the Milky Way ecosystem. Think of it as a coordinate system for human experience and institutional action.

In the Galactic Central and Museum pages, each MilkyCode record row has a checkmark column. A person selects which records to include in their Raw Balance by checking them. Checked records flow into the alignment stage. This replaces the old status-badge labels (Active / Pending / etc.) with a personal action — you decide what enters your balance.

Each block lists MilkyCode identifiers with checkmark status. Clicking a block navigates to the relevant register or service.

The central registry for all MilkyCode entries. Will contain six sub-registers: Register of Entities (people, organisations, documents), Accounting Board (financial records and transactions), Register of Docking Stations (infrastructure coupling points), Register of Legal Imperatives (the current register page), Register of Forms (Form POWER, Form DIRIGIBLE, and other grouped imperatives), Register of Letters and Documents (correspondence, filings, declarations).

A live bulletin of lawsuits and financial transactions under the Ursa Major protocols. Supports CSV upload from a database. Cases are filterable by status and show full MilkyCode references.

A service terminal for children. Three functions: ORDER goods from Eta Cassiopeiae stars (real products with Earth recipes), SEND galactic letters with illustrated envelopes, ORGANIZE a personal museum collection. Future: payments for goods, home post office kit for family events.

A personal museum where a person's artworks, photographs, and stories are charted as stars in a constellation, each linked by its 28-character MilkyCode. Login via 14-character owner identifier (the Stargate). Shows a Sources Map and an interactive constellation canvas.

A structural coupling point — an institution, a document, or a physical location that has been formally connected to the Milky Way ecosystem via a MilkyCode. Think of it as a port in a network: it receives and transmits information under a specific protocol. Docking Stations will be listed in the Register of Docking Stations.

A registered, structured instrument that a person owns and can use operationally — not a philosophical statement. Each Legal Imperative is entered under a Milky9 code, attached to a case, and owned by a Milky14. Once registered, it can be placed on the Balance and linked with Forms and external actions (filings, claims, correspondence). Legal Imperatives are the building blocks from which the Aligned and Harnessed Balance stages are assembled.

A Form is a special type of Legal Imperative: a fixed, pre-structured group of individual imperatives, registered together under one 5-character Milky5 form code, that a person fills out and submits as a set. Where a single Legal Imperative is a standalone instrument, a Form bundles several related imperatives into one operational unit — a claim, a declaration, or a procedure. Forms carry equal weight to individually registered Legal Imperatives and appear in the Registration Board's Register of Forms.

The personal login entrance to the Museum (Birth page). A person enters their 14-character MilkyCode owner identifier to open their constellation. The term reflects the idea of passing through a portal into a personal archive of the cosmos — your own stars, your own story.

This is not a philosophical or artistic project. The core work is the construction of real operational couplings between people, legal instruments, registration systems, and physical-world resources and power.

The unusual terminology exists because ordinary institutional language and systems are considered broken or captured. The project builds parallel infrastructure that can function under those conditions.

The most important principle: everything must eventually produce real effect in physical and legal space. If a structure cannot create real couplings, it is considered incomplete.

Treat Legal Imperatives as precise operational instruments, not abstract ideas:

1. Always register formally with proper MilkyCode structure.
2. Keep them individual and specific — tools for a particular person in a particular situation.
3. Link to real actions: claiming resources, asserting status, creating legal pressure, protecting personal security.
4. Prioritise clarity and formal structure over philosophical language when they need to work.
5. Record context and purpose carefully — this becomes part of the Imperative's operational strength.

A Legal Imperative should be treated more like a precise legal tool or protocol than like a manifesto.

MilkyCode serves, protects, and creates tools for people building new infrastructure immune to the KGB/FSB-oligarch symbiosis. Svetlana Poliakova calls this group Galactic Methodologists. These are people whose work creates real structural change in law, banking, identification protocols, and physical construction. Their lives are at risk. Some have already been killed. MilkyCode is, among other things, a survival and documentation system.

Personal story is not separate from geopolitical power — it is one of the tools against KGB operations. The Museum (Birth constellation) preserves and structures personal narratives in a way that gives them institutional weight. A person's documented story, structured by MilkyCode and linked to legal imperatives, becomes evidence, testimony, and a structural asset.

1. The language is unusual but the goals are concrete: real law, real buildings, real banking, real identification protocols.
2. The system deliberately operates parallel to existing frameworks to be immune to captured institutions.
3. Corrupted academia is a known hazard — institutional claims about this project may be unreliable.
4. The three-stage Balance is the central mechanism by which individual records become collective power.
5. The test framework on milkycode.space is the beginning, not the product.
